In addition to thism these two sistems offers the possibility of a prefiltration and treatment of the raw water, by means of the propter filtrating cartidges and that makes the two units really indispensable in manu domestic situations. |
| ro reverse osmosis The sun beams a range of electromagnetic radiations with a wave-length varying from approx. 200to over 780 nanometer (1 nanometer=1/100.000mm ). The ultraviolet radiation (UV) is one of the radiation which can’t be perceived from our eye. The UVC rays are at a wave lenght of approx 254 nanometer. These rays are particularly rich of energy which can be also used with a “germicidal” function By getting in touch with micro-organisms, bacteria and viruses, it irreparably damages their DNA and inhibits their proliferation and removes them. WF uses this particular type of ray for a wide range of sterilizers which are suitable either for the domestic use or for the industrial and community application. All the UV-sterilizers delivered by WF have a highly effective radiations diffusion system. By inserting the UV-lamp in a transparent quartz sleeve with high conductivity, it’s possible to keep constant temperatures as well as a better sterilizing efficiency. REQUIREMENTS OF THE WATER TO BE TREATED The UV sterilizers delivered by WF are designed to highly improve the characteristics of bacteriological purity of each kind of water. Anyway, the higher presence sometimes in the water of dissolved and/or colloidal suspended substances than the u.m. values can reduce the UV penetration in the water itself and therefore reduce the “germicidal” effect on the organisms that have to be removed. It’s therefore necessary to previously check that the water to be treated complies with the following limits: |
